YUTOO composite board (tile backer board)  is made of XPS extruded polystyrene board as the core material. The upper and lower surfaces are respectively coated with 1.0mm thick polymer mortar and alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh reinforcement layer, and it is pre-formed into a composite board in the factory.

The core structure of YUTOO XPS composite board (tile backer board) features a polymer mortar reinforcement layer primarily composed of low-alkali cement, converted polymer mortar emulsion, and quartz sand. The company has further improved the original polymer mortar formula by adding nano-oxide fibers and novel antibacterial and antifungal additives, enhancing the moisture resistance between the polymer mortar layer and the core material, as well as the impact resistance of the composite panel. This improves the long-term stability of the XPS composite board (tile backer board). Simultaneously, the antibacterial and antifungal additives further reduce water vapor penetration and absorption, improving the composite panel's water resistance and moisture resistance. This results in a significant leap in antifungal and antibacterial properties, ensuring a pollution-free and safe indoor environment.
